about me

My passion for fitness started as a child when I began to dance. I loved being connected to my body and improving my stamina, as I got older I started to attend the gym and my enthusiasm for fitness kept growing.

 

After finishing high school I went on to complete my Personal Training qualification and began work instantly as a PT, from there I have completed numerous more fitness qualifications, my biggest achievements being a BSC Hons degree in Sports Therapy and Exercise Rehab, CrossFit Level 2 and becoming a Forrest Yoga Teacher. 

 

Personal development comes from constant education and growth and this is something I will always do throughout my career so I can continue to offer my clients an ever improving service.
